Positioned as a market leader in nutritional ingredients, sustainable high performance materials, and advanced biofuels technology, this multi-national corporation (The Client) operates 200+ locations, and employs a staff of over 22,000. The Client in pursuing its strategic initiatives established plans to expand operations in the San Diego area.

Being a key management and operational center for a future flagship product offering, The Client’s team required budget-conscious promptness in technology service delivery once a building lease was negotiated.

Bringing established relationships to bear on behalf of The Client, Ensunet quickly assembled a team of structured cabling, telecommunications, audio-visual, and secure access providers who focused on delivering a high value and turnkey technology platform. The project was classified as a tenant improvement involving all major construction trades. Focusing on high performance applications for global distribution was the Client’s goal, rather than spending time trying to decipher construction trade vocabulary. From the onset, the Ensunet team designated an “acronym free zone” to make sure there was a thorough understanding of what was happening during the construction phases in regards to the technology impact. Clear communication regarding the benefits and challenges were at the center of the engagement. Training sessions and accessible as-built documentation were provided for further knowledge transfers, placing the Client first.
